Wow, time flies!
While development has slowed down considerably, I am finally finding time to start working on projects again. I won't commit to any dates, but when ready, I'll put up a new products page.

I am extremely happy to announce that my Son was born on September 7th, and a very healthy 8lbs 6oz!
He is now 6months old, and growing like a weed! Truely an amazing experience.
Knowing that my available time was going to be reduced, I've been working with Dave Lindsey, of Lindsey Racing for becomming the exlusive outlet for my products - and they are now carrying the M-Tune MAF kit! See here:
This new M-Tune kit from Lindsey has quite a few improvements, such as a new chip daughterboard with 14 tunes, improved software, open-maps, etc! I'll be posting more info about the changes, but feel free to check it out on Lindsey's page, as there is a lot of information there as well.
With Lindsey taking over the day-to-day operations, I can focus on development. There are a few projects which I've been working on, all to bring more improvements and desired performance items to our 944/951s! I expect to release our wasted-spark ignition system this summer, and a few other surprises. Stay-Tuned!

As many of you know, Rogue Tuning is a secondary thing for me. However, I often forget that not everyone knows this, or knows me. It does mean that my time is limited, and lately I've had significantly less time to put towards Rogue Tuning than usual.
Pdfelement 6 pro 6 7 3. I've started a new job, and I'm no longer as available throughout the day as I once was.
Additionally, my Wife is nearly ready to give birth to our first child (a boy!). For the last 5 days or so, she has been having sporadic contractions.
Needless to say, it's been difficult to scratch-out any extra time. For those who have placed orders, please be patient, I will fulfill the orders as soon as possible. If anyone does not want to wait, then just send me an email requesting a refund, and I'll be happy to oblige.
For the moment, I am not taking any new orders, except for the items I can carry out quickly. Transmit 4 4 12.
That said, I've been working with a couple very well known 944/951 vendors towards a much more robust and responsive solution for customers (both new and old). I have no plans on going anywhere, and even aquired another 951 project-car for when things settle down.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these changes.

The first batch of production Rogue Tuning ECU boards are in!!!
I am excited to finally release our ECU - it has been a long road of testing and trials. The new ECU is now available for order. To learn more about the Rogue Tuning ECU, follow the link on the right.
For the order page:
I also have some package deals for those looking to combine the new ECU with other Rogue Tuning offerings. You can find these on the individual order pages; either click here, or follow the sub-links under the order page.
Don't forget that we need a core-DME (944 or 951) in order to complete any Rogue Tuning ECU order.

I just put up a page on the new Rogue Tuning ECU!
If you have not heard, we have been working on a replacement for the aging factory ECU/DME for a while, and I am happy to say we are on the verge of releasing it!
It is going through the final paces now, but expect a pre-order page to be up soon. Until then, take a look at the new ECU page, lots of information!
Also, I am still catching up on emails - so if I haven't responding to you yet, hang in there, I will get to it.

Just a quick note:
I wound up nearly cutting off my middle finger while working on my flowbench nearly two weeks ago. Apparently I forgot that vacuum motors suck, and got a little to close to the inlet of it.
15 stitches to re-attach the piece which was 3/4 cut-off, and broke the bone in three places. Needless to say, I've not been able to use my left hand much - and as a result, I am a little behind on orders. I have a bit more use of that hand now, and I will be working to catch-up. Thanks for everyones patience!

Some changes to the website! I've added sub-pages for both the DME Tuner and the DME Logger. These pages go over the installation, setup, and basic use of both the Tuner and Logger. See these pages here:
These two pages should provide all the files and information necessary to utilize the two most advanced tools ever offered for the 944/951!
Additionally, we added another new page, in which I go over the 944/951 ignition system in depth:
A ton of information in this page, at not just 'theory', but actual meausured data from specialized equipment to show actual ignition coil charging in real-time! I go over the merits of different coils, the limitations of our single-coil system, and hopefully establish a solid foundation of understanding of the 944/951 ignition.
More updates and products coming soon! As more progress is made, I will be updating things, so stay Tuned!

The DME Tuner and Logger is done, and is now available! This is a huge step forward for the 944/951 platform - plug-n-play compatibility with nearly unlimited tuning potential! Diagnostic and performance logging capability! I hope to build a community of tuning knowledge with these tools. There are many very capable tuners and enthusiasts in our 944 community - now they have access to the tools which allow true tuning with the 951 & DME! Furthermore, by having a community of knowledge, those of you who want to learn have many more avenues and resources to utilize. The DME Tuner allows learning at your own pace - since I will provide the base maps, your car will still run and drive just like the normal M-Tune setup.
Well, as you can see - I'm really excited about it, this has been a long time coming.

The NA-Tune is ready!
I recieved the 4° offset cam-keys from 928Motorsports and have the first batch of NA-Tune kits in-stock.
I am also doing the final testing for the DME Tuner! This combined with the logger is simply amazing. Archiver 3 0 3 download free. There is nothing short of a full stand-alone engine management that provides this level of tunability and control!
The Tuner and Logger release is imminent!

Rogue Continuum V4 94 V6
We have received the first batch of MAF pipes for the 944NA! I am currently doing the final testing, and tweaking. I will be putting up the order page in the next couple of days! Additionally, I've contacted 928Motorsports, and I will be carrying their 4° offset camshaft key! I will be adding this as a $20 option to the NA-Tune kit, and I HIGHLY suggest it. The two (offset cam-key, and the NA-Tune) will make an unmatched increase in drivability and power for your 944.
I am also prepping to release the DME logger:
This tool is incredibly useful, and something that has made tuning/diagnostics a breeze for us.
There are simply too many merits to go-over on the 'front page' so please follow the link and check it out!

The MAF kit for the 944 non-turbo, the NA-Tune, is done! Real performance gains on the 944NA is challenging, though, we have found significant gains throughout the RPM range with our newest MAF kit!
Even more impressive than wide-open-throttle, is the part-throttle driving improvement. This really transforms the car, improving not only throttle response, but available power for every-day driving. While testing, I found myself not shifting as often, because the engine pulls so much better at every RPM.
See our page on the 944 non-turbo kit here:
Furthermore, the DME Tuning & Logging interface is all-but-done. I am buttoning it up now, and hope to release it this week! Stay-tuned, lots of funs stuff on the way :)

See more about it here:
And here:
I will be putting up the necessary files and more info this week - stay tuned!
*edit - I updated the DIY TunerPro files for the 944S2 (I had a report that the .xdf was not working for the new version of TunerPro).

The M-Tune is now available for purchase! No waiting list. Since the initial round, we have updated the software and M-Tune hardware, continually making improvements. Because there are a few different options, the M-Tune now has its own order page, located here.
Additionally, a lot of progress has been made on the SD-Tune! We have the first AFM-elimination pipe done - fitment is great, and I am quite pleased with how it looks as well. I will be posting more updates and dyno comparisons soon.
Finally, part of the the delay in the M-Tune availability was due to me getting married!

News! - 19 May 2011
The M-Tune is here! We are doing the initial M-Tune release to those on our 'wait' list. This will hopefully keep us from being overwhelmed with orders, and able to more timely ship the kits.
Rogue Continuum V4 94 4.0
Do not worry though, the M-Tune will be made available for all to purchase soon!
Expect more updates to the M-Tune page in the coming days.

The long wait is nearly (partially) over. The A-Tune is done, and ready for order! We will be putting up back-to back comparisons and dynos soon. But for the moment, take a look at what people have to say about it:
A-Tune
An Ordering page has been added. This page will have any products that are currently available:
The production M-Tune kit is in the hands of our pre-release testers, and will be available soon! We have made some changes - and all for the better! The MAF/Intake pipe is a high-temp, high-strength composite. This is a piece that we had molded and specially made just for Rogue Tuning! Furthermore, this process was done completely by members of the 951/944 community! The results are excellent, and because each piece is identical, fitment is ensured, and tuning is just that much more accurate!
As soon as the M-Tune is 100%, we will provide a news update, and allow ordering through our Order page.
News! - 25 Dec 2010:
Happy holidays! We are happy to announce that the A-Tune is done! The Tune is in the last throws of testing, to ensure absolute plug-n-play compatibility with our high impedance injectors. Feedback about the drivability and performance of the A-Tune has been extremely positive.
The M-Tune software coding is done, and MAF intake pipe / J-Boot production has begun. See the M-Tune page for a picture of the prototype MAF pipe. This is a one-piece design that eliminates the need for a separate J-Boot pipe and MAF sensor housing. We think the single pipe makes for a very clean looking installation, and can't wait to do the final testing with a production anodized piece!
We finally had a chance to get a page up with pictures of the NA internals that failed. Not as much carnage as we expected, but enough to destroy the engine - with the only repair solution being new pistons and new sleeves.
Finally, we added a page explaining the stock DME three-table method and multi-dimensional mapping. Hopefully this will help explain the differences in the tuning tables, and the inherent benefits of 3-Dimensional tables vs. 2-Dimensional ones.
News! - 27 Aug 2010:
Getting close! We've added the Rogue Tuner© piggy-back and 944 N-Tune© pages! Already a lot of information is up on the piggy-back page, and we are really excited about it! (pictures soon)
Not wanting to leave a huge part of the 944 community out, we have also been working on N-Tune©, a MAF kit for the non-turbo 944. This is a first for the NA owners, a real-MAF option that simply works and has great expandability! We will be updating the N-Tune page soon. As part of our testing for the non-turbo 944 MAF kit, I 'turbo'ed my NA' and subjected it to much more punishment than it was ever designed. The purpose was to find out the limits of the NA connecting rods and pistons. Well we found the limit - expect to see some pictures of the piston failure soon.
News! - 22 July 2010:
We are drawing nearer to release. Tentatively we plan on an August release. The A-Tune solution is nearly complete and in the hands of our pre-release testers. The M-Tune kit, we are finalizing the hardware. Expect to see some updates to the M-Tune section soon!
Additionally, the DME conversion page has just been added. This page shows the 28pin conversion done to the 24pin DME. The page also covers the in-house conversion service and exchange program. Be sure to check it out!
